We want you to love your Charlie B pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
